Cancelling My Service

We had two cell phones we have been paying service for thru Verizon Wireless. We do not have a contract with Verizon anymore. We want to cancel this account. I just looked at our bill, and wonder why it is so high. We are not using either of these cell phones any longer. I believe there should be some sort of credit. There has been no usage. PLEASE CANCEL.

Greetings - While it is possible to open a Verizona account online, one sadly has to Verizona directly on their customer care to cancel an account. Hope this helps.
