i WAS ADVISED BY VERIZON REP TO GO TO SETTINGS AND CLICK ON "GENERAL" THEN CLICK ON NETWORK AND TURN DATA ROAMING OFF TO AVOID ROAMING CHARGES WHEN USING EMAIL, WEB BROWSING, ECT. AT THE TOP OF PHONE WHERE 3G NORMALLY SHOWS "ROAMING" WHY? I CAN'T GET EMAIL AND I WAS TOLD NO CHARGE FOR EMAIL OR WEB BROWSING BUT I CAN'T DO EITHER DATA ROAMING TURNED OFF. DO I NEED TO DIRECTLY TO VERIZON SALES TO GET ANSWER??? pLEASE ADVISE
