Concerned Friend

A friend of mine who lives out of state number is no longer active. I'm trying to fnd out what happen. They have been very ill and I don't know what happen. They don't have any other family and we havew been good friends for many years and we talk several times a week. I have not heard from my friend in over two weeks. I've called several times and it says "Not an active number". I'm trying to find out was the phone cut off at the customers request, new number, just cut off for non-payment or what? This would give me some idea if they are in the hospital and alive or deceased. I been knowing this person for a very long time and I just don't think that they would just cut there phone off unless they are too sick to go pay it or deceased. My name is Cindy Moore and I live in MEMPHIS, TN . MY FRIENDS NAME IS ALLYN GUEST AND HE LIVES IN MALIBU, CA. HIS NUMBER IS 949-375-7528 AND HE IS 51 YEARS OLD. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW SOMETHING IF SOMEONE AT VERIZON COULD HELP ME BEFORE I SPEND A HUGE ABOUT ON A PLAN TICKET THAT IS NOT IN THE BUDGET. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
