How I Can Recover My Account By Being Able To Pay My Bill Online?

My phones were used by someone else while i was out of the country, the funds was sent to make the payment on my VZW bill, but someone had got into my VZW online and entered wrong banking information. So now i'm not able to go online and pay my bill due to the amount of times wrong account information was entered. Everytime i have contacted VRZ about this matter they want to tell me that someone had called in reporting that my identiy information was being used by someone else and that has nothing to do with this matter. That has never been an issue. I'm unable to leave my home to go to an authorized VZW dealer i'm disabled. So i need someone who is higher to help me in this matter, please. Everytime ive spoke with a customer service rep they have been really rude and NOT helpful to me at all this has been going on to long and I really want to stay with VRZ, but if there is no way for me to start paying my bill online or enroll in the "Auto Pay" I will have to go to another phone company. Thank You
