How Can I Block Facebook,

How Do I block Facebook and Twitter from my child's Verizon® Samsung® Gusto 2 No-Contract Phone? I do not allow him to create a facebook or twitter because he is only 13, yet, the phone doesn't care. I'd like to block the two sites completely, how do I or can I block them?
