Htc Thunderbolt - Loss Of E Mail Receipts

My Thunderbolt all of a sudden quit receiving e mails from my office. I have removed the battery and still nothingl. I have synced the accounts and receive a message there is a problem with sync. Only an hour ago I checked my cell and the time had changed a full hour ahead. What can I do?
