I Lost All Of My Number Contacts And Facebook Contacts On My Android Devour.

I turned my Android Devour cell phone on and all of my numbers and facebook contacts are no longer in my list of contacts. How will I be able to get them back easily? I do not have my password or anything for verizon wireless. I am completely lost as to how I should re-gain my contacts list.
