Problem I Called Verizon Wireless On A Mo. Ago Has Still Not Been Corrected.

The support group was supposed to get back w/ me re: the trouble ticket the Mon. after I called. I cannot watch videos anymore without almost constant buffering and skipping. We ran through trouble shooting exercises using Utube etc, before the trouble ticket was generated. Please respond ASAP...as I'm a very dissapointed customer. Thank you.
