Press *86 and hit send. You'll be prompted to put in your four digit password. If you don't have one yet, make sure you choose something you'll remember and/or write it down. You can press the * key to access the main menu. You will hear a list of options to choose from. Press 4 to access your Personal Options. You will hear a new set of personal options which you can set up or change. Press 3 to record your voicemail greeting and name. Press the # key to save your recording should you choose to record a greeting. Let it walk you through the steps.

if you came with the LG Extravert handbook it would tell you what to do

1. Call *67

2. Press 1

3. Record your voice

4. Repeat step 3

5. You have a voice mail box
