4gwireless Internet Connection

I have a verizon plug in internet connection for my laptop. I bought the 4g upgrade before my area had 4g service and it worked fine on 3g. After we got 4G the connection drops before it connects many times. sometimes it shows two attemtrs to start.Also i get messagehat another computer with the same IP address is tryingto connect again all of this began wit 4G access
