I Put $ On My Account But Can't Text Or Call People.

I have a prepaid account. I usually pay $15 each month and it lasts me over a month. But I paid $15 on June 2 and on June 11, when I tried to text someone, my phone said I had insufficient funds to send message. Other people can't text me either and I can't call them, neither can they call me. Help?
