Contacts Not Showing Up?

I JUST RECEIVED MY NEW VERIZON WIRELESS PHONE CDM8975 ALL MY CONTACTS ARE IN BUT WHEN SOMEONE CALLS THEIR NAMES DON'T SHOW UP WHY AND HOW DO I FIX THIS?
