I'm Having Problems With My Phone And Service?

I have been a customer for about 13 years and now with samsung sway my service and phone have not been working properly. My wife and I have the same phone and we have been back to service center on 3 different ocassions and still the phone does not work correctly; now we have drop calls roam, all the time, can't use home only at all baterry dies very quickly. I'm not complaining about verizon because my coverage is great; just want my wife's and my phone fixed before i be forced to go to a different provider...
