Why Cant I Make/receive Calls?

I am unable to make or receive calls on my samsung reality?

One reason for not being able to make or receive calls is if you don't pay the phone bill. If there's a deadline for it, and you don't pay by that deadline, it won't work until you get that done. Everything else will work fine.
