I Have A Verizon Iphone. I Can't Register. My Id Is Invalid.

When I purchased the phone they used my cell nuber as my user id. when I go in and try to register it, it says that it will NOT ACCEPT my ID because its all numbers so I can not access my account. I can't change anything because I need my access Id to get in. Also they have the wrong zip associated with my account.
