How To Unlock Screen If Forgot Screen Pattern

Greetings - Unfortunately your best bet would be to hard reset the device as directed below. You will sadly loose every user data currently on the device. Here is how:
Locate a little reset hole on your device and insert a thin, straight object (like paper clip) and hold it for about 10 seconds. Then it should power off and reset to factory settings
