Hello Freemankeith18,

You can activate a phone fairly easy by going to the Virgin Mobile website and clicking on "Activate" in the upper right portion of the Home Page, or click here.

Then choose one of the four options provided. (New customer activating a phone will choose the first option) Click on next and continue to follow the prompts to completion.

Please note: you should write down the 11 digit ESN or 15 -18 digit MEID number located on the phone, usually under the battery. OR by entering "*#06#" on your keypad before you begin, as this will be requested during the activation process.
