Does It Matter If You Go To Another State And Try To Charge Your Phone?

I am on fanily vacation and used my phone the whole road trip and it died a couple of minutes before we arrived. I plugged my phone in to charge and it said HELLO for about 10 seconds. And turned off and then back on and it keeps doing that even when not charging. So i was wondering if the fact that im in a different state had anything to do with it. I live in Indianapolis and am now in Woodstock, Illnois.

It does not matter what state you are in to charge your phone. There must be a problem with the battery. Try removing it for a couple of minutes and putting it back in and try charging again. Or take the battery out and plug it in and try it again.
