Password For Voice Messages
I just purchased a new cell phone from you want to set up a new password for my voice messages please take me through the steps to do this. Thanks

If you've made a call from your phone already, your voicemail should be set up automatically, but if you haven't or it's not, you can just dial 222 from your virgin mobile phone and listen to the message all the way to the end. Make sure you press 1 when it tells you to or your voicemail won't be set up. Let it walk you through the steps. Once you're done with the call, hang up, wait about 20 minutes, then turn your phone off and on again, so it updates.
The automated messaging system should help walk you through the steps and tell you all of your options such as if you want to leave a recorded message and how to save it, and how to delete, save, listen to voice messages.
If you want to set up a pin you can call 222 and choose option 2.
