Sometimes service towers may be having trouble and service may not be available for a while, but hopefully you've got it back by now. It's probably a problem on virgin mobile's end. If you're still having trouble, first try taking your battery out, waiting a minute, putting it back in then booting back up and seeing if that helps. Make sure you have activated your account properly. If you think your phone isn't activated right, you can try to activate it again. And if all else fails, you can attempt their customer service number: 1-888-322-1122 or sending them a message on their contact form on their site at: https://www1.virginmobileusa.com/about/prepareEmailUs.do. I hope your phone is picking up service now!
