Ramdump Mode

I have just bought a samsung galaxy and I had turned it off.for a few hours and now tried to turn it on and it partially turned on but the screen says Ramdump Mode; cause force up load and I cannot bring it out of that , either to turn on or off. the battery was charged the day before and it was working ok I did not use it too much
