We Use Virgin Mobile's System For Our Desk Top Computer. (top Up Cards).

The system works fine early in the day, but every afternoon, evening and late evening, we cannot get online. And when we do get online, the system is extremely sluggish. We had our brand new computer and systems checked, and the problem is NOT on our end. What can you do to resolve the problem?
