Visa Card Scammer

We have a vintage store and an eBay site where we sell vintage apparel and accessories. I had a lady purchase two pairs of boots on eBay using paypal thru her visa card. She first received the boots and said they were beautiful, and they are, they are nearly 60 year old dead stock (still new) never sorn. She mentioned a slight odor, nothing unusual considering the age. over 30days later I put two more pair for sale for less, they were not as nice. She became enraged again she was offered a refund shoe opened a case on paypal twice. she lost both times. She then said I will handle this thru the backdoor? She must have came up with some lie where the boots were junk or useless and demanded visa cancel the transaction thru her bank, they did I received a charge back. Now she has all the money $190.00 and both boots. I need help to get the phone number of the bank who issued the credit card so I can inform them of her fraudulent activities, I have documentation from all communications which verifies everything. This woman's name is Aileen Bobier 8564 Canoga ave. Canoga park Los Angeles CA. 91304. I have contacted the FBI credit card fraud they advised me to contact Visa give them the information and then contact her bank to find out what she had told them, that's what I am doing, if you could direct me to find the issuing bank for the card I can help to make sure she will not do this to anyone else.Thank youDavid W.
