What To Do?

I'am travelling at MIAMI from BRAZIL. I have a International electron VISA card to handle my Bank account. Yesterday I get out of money and go to a CHASE bank branch with ATM machines located inside to whithdraw 800 dollars for my expenses.I placed the Visa Card inside and begin the operation of the ATM. after answering the questions and making the selections, the ATM instructed me to take out the Card to the ATM dispense the money.I taked out the card, for 30 seconds nothing happened, then the ATM advised that for some reason, was unable to complete the operation. I called HELP from the bank employee, he said that no problem I can use the another ATM . The another ATM rejected the operation informing that I already had taken 800 dollars from My account and this is the Maximum permitted for the week. Now I'am here until tomorrow (my day of travel back) without money and without the possibility to use my VISA card.Note: Nobody in the Bank give me any solution or orientation. The ATM is a Chase bank electronic cashier,but the manager says that is not her problem. The machine takes my money and nobody is responsible!?What to do?
