I Just Lost My Data In My Windows 7 Laptop. I Can Not Login Now

Last Friday, i have saved my paper in my Windows 7 laptop and left it alone. Today, i tried to login my computer, it did not let me inz90; What can i do to reset my Windows 7 password?
