How Do I Get The Recorder To Work. I Got It Brand New And Its Buttons Stop Worki

Okay so i got this product as a gift. And itll turn on and work as you are going through th set up process but as soon as you get done with that and it goes to its recording screen but then the buttons stop working and i cant even use the touvh screen part either. So how do i fix that problem because i have tried the reset button and that did noting?

Greetings. A firmware update should be able to help should it be a glitch. You should be able to turn it in under a Warranty claim in the case of a mechanical failure if it is under 1 year.
