Stopped Tracking Steps After 22 Steps
Set up the TYL 5100. It started tracking but then stopped after 22 steps. Those 22 steps will not sync with the app. How do I fix it?

Ok so there is no reset button on the tracker it self and their is an only way around you need to uninstall the app from your phone and wait for the tracker to drain all the battery than charge it again and now done a fresh install and connect.
If nothing works than contact vivitar for more help.I hope your product is in warranty.
