Picture Isn't Clearly Visable For 30 Minutes After Starting Up My E32 Tv
The picture is distorted for 30 minutes before clearing and sound syncing with mouth movment. There is a dart smoky cloud hiding 1/2 of the picture during the time the picture is not clear.
