Not Charged But Amount Debited
on 29th march 2011 i tried to charge online my ph. no. 8860938147 thru my SB A/c no.4496001500000164 thru my debit card of PNB for rs.100/- twice & surprisingly rs. 102/- has been wrongly debited to my a/c two times i.e. rs. 204/- whereas phone has not been charged at all.
Please look into it & let me have my money back asap thanks
