My Phone Can Not Dail Any Number.

I just bought a SIM card yesterday in Brisbane International Airport in Australia. My phone is iPhone 5. Since I bought it, the phone cannot dail any number even 1511. But it can texting and surfing the internet. Please write to me as soon as possilble. ThanksA281;
