My Innotab 2 Wont Cut On With Batteries

Hi, the first thing to try is new batteries. (When you are replacing the batteries, make sure the battery contacts are not dirty or caked with leaked battery juice.) If the unit still won't power on, you can contact VTech tech support at 1-800-521-2010.
