Innotab 2 Appears To Have Reset
My son's 7 month old Innotab 2 appears to have reset everything.
His profiles, but one, have disappeared and the following problems arose:
1. He cannot use the Art Studio that was one of his free downloards when he got the Innotab. On trying to start the program it says to connect to the learning lodge with a grown up
2. On connecting to the learning lodge, his previously created registration has disppeared.
I am worried that his free download is not retrievable any more.
