We Have A V.reader That Is In Flip Engineering Mode. How Do We Correct It?

The company sent us an sd card to correct it. However, after using sd card, a message came up stating that it did not work and to go online to correct.

V.reader Buttons Or Touch Screen Do Not Work While In Storybook Mode.
I have to turn off v.reader to get out of story. Games work, any help here? Thanks
