Bunk Beds I Bought Not Too Long Ago.
I bought bunk beds not that long ago for small children - they have both broke on the same beam. I have pictures and called walmart customer service - was on hold for over 15 minutes and then was told the message machine could not take a message. No real live person ever helped me. These beds were the Elise bunk beds - mahogany. I didn't buy the cheap beds....I thought.Please let me know what can be done to help this situation. These beds are used to sleep in - these children don't even play in their rooms. Thank you.Deanna Curtis

Hello, that is very unfortunate. I don't know if you've tried contacting the corporate office, but you can reach them by email here. If you tell them what happened and attach the pictures, they should get back to you.
If they won't respond, you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau here.
