The easisest ways is to call 1-800-WAL-MART (1-800-925-6278) from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (CT) Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (CT) Saturday or from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. (CT) Sunday.

1-800-WAL-MART will get you to upper management but it will NOT get you Customer Service. Wal-Mart doesn't have a Customer Service per say. I would contact the store where you bought the item and ask for the Department Manager. Find out when they work next and call or go in and talk to them. If that doesn't work call the Manufacture.
