Delivery
I need my items delivered an the same day. How can I make sure this happens?

The short answer is: You can't. (Sorry.)
Walmart items can be purchased from the regular Walmart site or from Walmart Grocery. The former items take at least 1 day to process and at least 3 more days to deliver. (Details here.)The latter items are available for same-day delivery, as you may specify when posting your order. However...
With any such service things can go wrong. (For example, using Amazon, despite promises, I still had not received my delivery after months.) The main issue with Walmart Grocery is that the item may not be available--although you can approve substitutions in advance.
