I Bought A Computer Dell And Does Not Work

i would like to know if the computer that i bought should be take back to the store where i bought or call dell since the computer dosen't work anymore. i try everything to rebust and nothing is completly out please help.

You should take it back to the store if you purchased it less than 15 days ago... that is wal marts electronics return policy. No matter what is wrong with it, wal mart should take it back as long as you have receipt and its within 15 days.

1. Check Dell warranty life. See if you can purchase an extended warranty support contract through dell.

2. Call Dell up for technical support.

It depends on how long you have had the computer.I would call dell 1-800-WWW-DELL and ask them how to get it replaced.They can let you know which way you need to go.If there is a warranty they will be able to hel you.If it is an older computer they will be able to tell you what steps to try.hope this helped.
