Recycle Bin

Hello,The WM truck, while emptying our recycle bin, damaged the axle to the point it cannot be used. We have called and emailed about three times each and as of now, still no replacement. i cannot believe that it would take two months of waiting to get a new receptacle. When we lived in Escondido and needed a replacement, it took three days max. I cannot believe Oceanside WM can be that far behind or low on stock of a product that is used daily. Grant Wrigh
