Upper Management - Customer Service
Where can I locate a number for customer service senior management? I've made 5 calls to the and have spoken twice to our local manager and I cannot get a problem resolved to make our company whole again? I've e-mailed pictures with our problem only to follow-up with pictues later that showed the problem worse than when I initialed the request.
