I Cannot Access My Current Website To Edit It From The Weebly Site.
It appears like it wants me to create a new site, not edit the old one. I have not accessed this site for updates for several months.

Since you have mentioned that you did not have any access to your site for several months, previously created websites may be deleted. The best solution for this is to create a new website and as much as possible not the free trial version. Remember that Weebly only offers free trial version of the site that they can delete this free version anytime depending on their terms and conditions.
