Technical Support For On-line Shopping
Coronovirus: My elderly parents are trying to shop online. I've walked them through the whole process, but in the end we are unable to place the order. The cart is done, a time is selected for curbside pickup, all credit card info has been accepted, but the "place order" icon is very faint and the order cannot seem to be placed. Please advise as soon as possible as this is causing much anxiety. Thank you.

You may have to consult Wegmans, but the following may help. Wegmans's site does not fully support Internet Explorer. The company recommends a currently updated Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Then if necessary see Why am I not seeing some or all of my in-store grocery items? at https://www.wegmans.com/service/faq/website/. (You can find Wegmans's contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com.)
