Who Is In Charge Of Hiring And Firing Leaders?

Our leader was fired and we are devastated. She was a wonderful leader, always there for us whether in group or personally. If it weren't for her guidance I would never have lost the weight I have, and continue to lose. I was never bored in her meetings and she always engaged everyone. This is a slap in the face of WW members who were helped by her. Who do I complain to? I don't want an 800 number where I will speak to someone who cannot do anything about this problem. I deserve to know the cause of her firing and who made this decision.

WeightWatchers leaders are employees of the organization and are thus subject to discharge as any other employee, as may be permitted by New York law (as it's a New York corporation). I doubt that complaining to the company will accomplish anything, but if you want to try, the contact information is below.
