I Have A'wd10000h1nc' I Forgot What Password And User Name Is How I Find Them

Hi there cngzylmzr!

Both the default username and password are admin.

In case you've changed them and you cannot access the device, you can reset My Book by pressing the reset button while the device is powered up. It will reset the admin user name, password and IP settings to the default values without erasing the shared folders or volumes.

To do that just insert a paperclip or narrow tipped pen into the reset button slot on the back of the unit with the device powered on, hold down the reset button for at least to 20 seconds and after that the device will reboot.
