Device Stopped Being Recognized
The WD800U017-001 stopped being recognized by the computer I have used for almost five years now.

Hello, here are some things to try:
- Disconnect the drive and reboot the computer
- Try plugging the drive into a different USB port
- If you can, try plugging the drive into a different computer and see if that computer recognizes it
- Try using a different USB cable
