Received A Letter In Reference To 2011 Due Diligence, Want To Know If It Is Legi

The western union has a due diligence department in colorado. If your letter has the western union writing at the top and the letter has the details as to your possible refund it is legit. The letter will tell you you have the option of accepting the payment that never made it to the place you wanted like a quick payment, or you can deny the payment and the money will go to the state. You cant get a person from that department but if you call customer service they can send a request for you so someone from that department will call you. Hope this helps!

i think its not legit at my knowledge because no banks and others will send the email to us
