Cant Use My Visa Debit Card.

I used western union to make a cash deposit to my visa rush card. Rush states your making claims I didn't pay it. Up until 2 days ago I had the receipt but threw it away thinking I wouldn't need it. Now you want a receipt, which I don't have but do have my transfer number. I sent an email already you gave me a number an incident number. What do I do next
