Ld3235 Tv Reset Tv

Have used LD3235 W TV. Trying to set up with direct TV. Do Not have remote.However, I am able to use a universal SONY RM-V202 remote with it, or at least turn onl off vol. and channel. Problem. Cannot get TV set up.Direct says will have to get with your company to set TV up before can get it to work with direct. It evidently was reset back to factory settings. I am unble to set time, dates, composite etc. Can you help?
