I'm Not Sure This Is A Question But An Attempt To Be Compensated For An Error.

On Thursday Feb. 23/2012 my wife and I were to return from Orlando Fl. on Westjet flight#1229. After boarding the Captain notified us that we would have to disenbark as there was a saftey problem and the flight would be delayed approximatley one and a half hours and all belongings had to be removed aswell. Ten to fifteen minutes later an announcment was made that flight#1229 would be ready to reboard in five minutes or so, problem being everyone was of the inpression that they had one and a half hours to get food, drinks or whatever else they had to do and the announcments they were makeing was not being heard throughout the airport. Once they started to reboard the passengers that had remained in the gate area, we were further inconvienced because now we had to wait for all passengers to return to the plane that had already previously boarded. I had made arrangements to be picked up on our arrival in Toronto, now I was forced to inconvience someone else. I believe that Westjet shoud make a gesture of good faith and offer us something to compensate us for the inconvience we experienced. I will leave it at that, in your capable hands.
