Receiving Miles Retroactively

I recently enrolled in the west jet frequent flier program.  I flew from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to Winnipeg, Manitoba on May 16,2012 returning on May 30th and again on June 21st returning to Ft. Lauderdale on July 31st.  On both trips, I departed Ft. Lauderdale on Flight 1233 departing at 2:40 p.m. to Toronto and from Toronto on flight 675 to Winniprg.  On both flights, I departed Winnipeg on flight 518 at 5:25 a.m. to Toronto and departing Toronto on flight 1232 at 10:50 a.m. to Ft. Lauderdale.  My question is can I be credited with West Jet dollars retroactively?
