Anyone Heard Of This Machine Overflowing Water Into The Bin Approx 2' ..

while filling the tray, the punp continues to flow water and it fills the reservoir approx 2". This causes the ice in the bin to melt. The drain is larger than the outlet hole and clear. no issue there. just too much water in there and it takes forever to drain. is the filling process done on a timer system or float valve???
